Topics Listing
To help teachers, students, and those who are simply interested in improving their vocabulary, the games on vocabulary.co.il are all organized into categories. Teachers can easily find games to supplement their specific curriculum, and students can discover games that will help them master a specific subject.
A game for the youngest learners is Match Game, where players have fun matching words and pictures. This game contains 15 early-learning topics such as animals, fruit, kitchen items, human body, colors, house, and nature.
The Quiz game is aimed at somewhat older learners, and includes two levels of questions in varying categories such as At the Movies, Fright Night, Opposites and Synonyms, Religion and Philosophy, and World of Science. Players pick a difficulty level and a category and then answer multiple choice vocabulary questions about that .
The four other games on vocabulary.co.il, Unscramble, Word Search, Crossword Puzzle, and Hang Mouse, each use a variety of topics to practice spelling and using vocabulary. The topics are widely varied, and cover many different categories. To aid the users of these games, here is a breakdown of the categories and topics:
